The MTI-40E PRO was designed with the end-user in mind, with a built-in oil filtration system, filtering and changing your fryer oil has never been safer or easier. This advanced system ensures a seamless cooking process, minimizes downtime, and supports operators in maintaining the highest safety standards.
The MTI-40E PRO is capable of producing up to
8 pounds (4 lbs. per side) of product per fry-cycle, with just the push of a button. With an
oil capacity of 3.04 gallons per side and 6.08 gallons total, you can
fry approximately 60-120 lbs. of French fries per hour!
The MTI-40E PRO provides the flexibility to operate each side independently and is available with a manual or automated oil filtration system. Now you can expand your menu with deep fried favorites without the expense of hoods and vents. MTI’s proprietary Simplifry™ Technology offers multiple programmable pre-sets, standby mode and heat/time
compensation intelligence.

The AutoFry® MTI-40E PRO is not compatible with beef tallow. This model is designed for use with standard liquid frying oils only. Beef tallow should not be used in the AutoFry MTI-40E PRO under any circumstances, as doing so may result in equipment malfunction, reduced performance, or voided warranty coverage.
